This notice explains how Husfrema, MB (“Husfrema”, “we”) handles the personal details you send us through the contact form on husfrema.com or by email.
Who is responsible
Husfrema, MB is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at info@husfrema.com.
What we collect and why
When you send a request we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the location of your plot, the type of project, your preferred building system and your message. We use them only to answer your request, to prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to carry out the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Who receives your data
The contact form is processed by our website host, which stores the submission and forwards it to our email. Our email is provided by an external email provider. These providers act on our behalf and may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless they lead to a project, in which case we keep project records as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and 3D program libraries are loaded from external content delivery networks, which receive your IP address as part of delivering these files.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@husfrema.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Lithuania the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt), or the authority where you live.
